Dear Friend,

We started three decades back with a simple mission – to build quality homes for people, protect their assets for life and exceed their expectations.

Today our achievements and activities are manifold. The Group has now carved a niche for itself in real estate. With over 5 million square feet of prime developments spanning more than 50 destinations, the Mani Group has earned itself a rich and enviable legacy not only in Kolkata, but in Durgapur, Jaipur, Siliguri and Bhubaneswar as well. So much so that we have emerged as a real estate developer with a difference. We continue to remain passionately engaged in exceeding customer expectations and enhancing the value of ownership through our distinctive landmarks that adorn the skylines. In the course of our journey we have explored all possible realms of development across residential, retail, commercial, hospitality, educational and even power sectors. Needless to say, we excelled in all our endeavours and entrenched ourselves as the desired developer in the minds of diverse target audiences. Our foray into retail was marked by Mani Square in Kolkata and the Pink Square at Jaipur. They are both favourite family destinations for shopping, leisure and entertainment.

We ventured into hospitality with the 5-Star Banquet, Penetti, at Mani Square. We have now stepped ahead by opening a first of its kind Mediterranean Restaurant, Mio Amore. We are also coming up with a J.W. Marriot on the E.M. Bypass in Kolkata. This 5- star deluxe hotel will have 300+ keys and be fully geared to meet the needs of a global business traveller. Besides this, we are also setting up a 4-star hotel “Courtyard’in Siliguri.

The Greenwood High International School, Bangalore is our humble contribution to India’s education sector to strengthen the foundations of tomorrow’s India. As an eco-conscious organization, we support Green Power. Which is why, we acquired windmills in Dhule, Maharashtra, with a capacity of 2500 KW and contributing 4 million units of clean energy to the nation annually.
