At Mani, we are in a business to enhance value not just for our direct stakeholders but also the broad community. Over the years, we have involved ourselves into various activities to help spread awareness and make a difference in the society.

We have been very active about making our society aware of life staking diseases like Malaria-Dengue, Obesity, and Cancer etc. Treating the poor and needy, old and orphans has always given us pleasure and a sense of fulfillment of our role in the society.

Mani has always made it a point to be involved in the growth and development of the society, hence, after launching its project in Bhubaneswar (Odisha). It has plans to get involved in various causes like social forestry and spreading awareness about AIDS since Odisha has the maximum number of HIV infected patients.

Being a real estate corporate house, we also understand our responsibility towards the development of infrastructure. We play a small role in the same by developing roads to solve and enhance commutation in Kolkata. A few roads to name are the one connecting James Long Sarani with New Alipore, Mandevilla Gardens connecting with Ekdalia Road, one connecting Apollo Gleneagles with Maniktala and the service road opposite Salt Lake Stadium.
